Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with experience in selling IT solutions, AI/ML products, SaaS platforms, and custom software development services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of AI solutions and software development processes, along with exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in IT, AI/ML, and SaaS domains.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized proposals and presentations.

- Manage the entire sales cycle-from lead generation to contract closure.

- Keep abreast of emerging AI/ML trends, SaaS technologies, and competitor Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in AI/ML and SaaS-based solutions.

- Strong understanding of AI use cases, cloud solutions, and software development lifecycles.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
