Role - Financial Operations


Experience & Education-

Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of post qualification experience/extensive knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard/ IFRS is must, preferably from NBFC.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Should possess sound Technical and working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) especially IND AS 32,107,109 and 116.
  • To Assist in monthly/quarterly and annual closure of books of accounts, financial statements as well as RBI returns.
  • Ensure robust control over all treasury related areas viz. Repayments reconciliations, MIS preparation, preparation of data for various regulatory authorities and Ind AS accounting with no major deviations/exceptions.
  • Active involvement in closure of Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits as per the timelines given by the management. Timely closure with no major observations
  • To monitor expenses monthly and develop measures to control costs. Ensure proper and efficient tracking of the operating expenses including variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • To drive the automation initiatives of the Company. As per the timelines given by the management.


Skills Required-

  • Should possess sound knowledge of Direct Tax (TDS) and Indirect Tax (GST) and related operational aspects.
  • Should be self-driven and self-motivated.
  • Should be currently handling a team of minimum 6-8 members.
  • Should be able to take ownership of the work drive it to closure.
