Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Voice Process Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer support. As a Voice Process Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's services to assist customers effectively.
  • Call Documentation: Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams while ensuring follow-up to guarantee resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high-quality service standards in every call.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and report them to the relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes effectively.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a professional demeanor during customer interactions.
