Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage and optimize all brand websites across Cedar Group, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and best-in-class user experience.
- Drive SEO strategy and execution (on-page, technical, backlinks, content optimization) to improve visibility, rankings, and lead generation.
- Conduct regular analytics reporting (weekly/monthly) using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEM Rush, etc., and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure security audits, compliance, and uptime across all domains.
- Oversee content publishing workflows in partnership with marketing teams; ensure timely updates and campaign integrations.
- Develop new digital features, landing pages, and campaign microsites in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Implement LLM (Large Language Model) optimization strategies to enhance AI-driven discoverability.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing and SEO trends; recommend and implement new tools, plugins, and best practices.
- Provide governance and documentation for website standards, templates, and Expertise in WordPress & CMS management (multi-domain).
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console).
- Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of LLM/AI-driven optimization techniques.

Qualifications and Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in website management and SEO, preferably in a multi-brand or global organization.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and custom plugin/theme integrations.
- Demonstrated success in SEO campaigns and driving measurable growth in traffic and engagement.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance reporting.
- Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and integration with websites.
- Experience managing security audits and compliance for enterprise-level websites.
- Knowledge of AI/LLM optimization is a strong plus.
