Role: Website Manager

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage website operations for the bank's digital platforms, ensuring efficient and accurate publishing across all web properties.
  • Administer Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content lifecycle management, including workflows, templates, and experience fragments.
  • Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance models, and operational processes to optimize content delivery and compliance.
  • Define, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for content publishing, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Manage intake platforms and request systems to streamline content submissions, prioritization, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, compliance, and IT to align content operations with strategic goals.
  • Leverage Adobe Target for personalized content experiences and audience segmentation.
  • Ensure adherence to web standards including accessibility, SEO, and responsive design.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations in digital content management and banking technologies.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in website content management operations, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including cloud-based implementations.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Target and its integration with AEM for content personalization.
  • Proven expertise in developing SOPs, operational processes, and SLA frameworks.
  • Experience managing intake platforms or ticketing systems for content requests.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web publishing standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or Operations
  • Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or related content management technologies.
  • Prior experience in digital content operations within a banking or financial institution.
