We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web (HTML/CSS) and Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will specialize in crafting visually appealing website creatives, expertly formatting long copy content for online readability, and producing high-quality static graphics. This role requires a strong blend of front-end coding skills and graphic design expertise to deliver engaging digital experiences aligned with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive HTML/CSS templates and layouts for web pages and email campaigns, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design compelling website creatives including banners, landing page graphics, icons, and other visual elements.
- Format and style long-form copy content for optimal readability, user engagement, and SEO best practices.
- Create static graphics and assets for online and offline use, including infographics, illustrations, and social media visuals.
- Produce and edit basic video graphics to support marketing campaigns and digital content.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and developers to ensure cohesive design and messaging.
- Optimize graphics and code for fast loading and performance on various devices.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and brand identity across all digital assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven work experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
- Education (Preferred): A bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, computer science, or a related field.
- Web Technologies: Proven experience in HTML5 and CSS3 coding for responsive websites and email templates.
- Graphic Design: Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Dream viewer, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve website-related issues.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and experience creating designs that adapt across various devices.
- Ability to translate complex information into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Portfolio showcasing website creatives, long copy formatting, and graphic design work is a must.
