Responsibilities:

1. Build and develop a high-performing SEO team by recruiting, hiring, and training skilled SEO specialists.

2. Lead, mentor, and inspire the SEO team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages growth and professional development.

3. Develop effective and result-oriented SEO strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and target audience.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to integrate SEO best practices into website structure, content creation, and link building efforts.

5. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization and content improvement.

6. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of SEO strategies and ensure alignment with client goals.

7. Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and proactively implement strategies to adapt to the evolving search landscape.

8. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team, encouraging the testing of new SEO strategies, tools, and techniques.

9. Collaborate with the business development team to provide SEO insights, expertise, and recommendations during the pre-sales process to secure new clients.

10. Prepare and present reports showcasing SEO team performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience (X years) working in SEO, with a track record of successfully leading SEO initiatives and achieving measurable results.

3. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

4. Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.

5. Experience with website analytics, tracking tools, and data-driven decision-making.

6. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures as they relate to SEO.

7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and mentor a team of SEO specialists.

8. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate SEO strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

9. Ability to develop and implement processes, workflows, and best practices for SEO operations.

10. Ability to develop effective and result-oriented SEO strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes.
