Job Title: Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Valuation

Mode of Work: WFO

Experience – 2 – 3 years of experience in Valuation

Looking for a candidate for assistance in the conducting the valuation assignments for several scenarios –

for regulatory purposes, M&A transactions, ESOPs, Business Valuations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing projections based on Business assumptions provided by the client

• Conducting a sanity check on the assumptions based on the current business environment and the business model

• Conducting the valuations considering the relevant factors

• Drafting the reports mindful of the purpose of valuation

• Coordinating with the client contacts, relevant teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables

• Preparing content time to time for social media and for posting at various other forums

Skills Required

· Commerce Graduate with preferable a finance, economics major

· Having 2-3 years’ experience specifically in conducting the valuation assignments

· Ability to understand businesses of the client and the affecting dynamics

· Well-read and hands on with current developments in the valuation field

· Good grip on numbers and good analytical aptitude

· Sound understanding of valuation concepts

· Strong verbal and written communications skills.

· Sound knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint

· The ability to use a database and extract required details from thereon will be a plus

· Must be proactive in communications and work-flow management

· Ability to work within stringent timelines

Our Hiring Process:

If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours.
