As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, handling communications, assisting with key tasks, and supporting the Founder’s personal and professional life. Your contributions will directly impact the Founder’s ability to lead and expand the business while maintaining a high level of focus on innovation and strategy.
You’ll take on responsibilities ranging from coordinating complex schedules to executing small projects, and even providing personal assistance to streamline the Founder’s time. This is not a conventional executive assistant role—you’ll be trusted with handling various high-impact tasks and helping manage an international workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Founder Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the Founder’s schedule, meetings, and communication. Coordinate with international teams and external partners.
- Project Management: Assist in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and that all moving parts are aligned for success.
- Personal Assistance: Manage personal tasks, including travel arrangements, appointments, and personal errands, to maximize the Founder’s efficiency.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle email management, draft communications, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a key liaison between the Founder and the team, ensuring smooth communication and helping to manage relationships with external stakeholders.
- Operations Support: Assist in setting up local India operations, coordinating legal and administrative tasks, and supporting the Founder’s vision for India growth.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Be flexible and ready to tackle various unexpected tasks that arise, requiring quick thinking and problem-solving.
Who You Are:
- Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: You can manage complex tasks, juggling priorities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proactive and Resourceful: You anticipate needs and act with initiative, whether it's managing schedules or solving unforeseen challenges.
- Strong Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills allow you to liaise effectively between the Founder, international teams, and other contacts.
- Discrete and Trustworthy: You will be handling sensitive information, both personal and professional, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Eager to Learn: You may not need extensive experience, but you should be willing to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the Founder and the business.
- Fresher or Little Experience: We are open to hiring a fresher or someone with limited experience but a strong desire to learn and grow. An MBA or a business-related degree is preferred but not required.
- Flexible and Reliable: You can handle both personal and professional tasks with ease and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Interview Process and Assessment:
Candidates will be assessed through a task-based assessment process, designed to evaluate your adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage varied tasks.
