This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are confident in cold calling, researching new prospects, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. The candidate should have a hunter’s mindset—someone who thrives on creating opportunities and generating 5–7 qualified leads per month through consistent outreach and follow-up.Key Responsibilities- Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per week to potential clients in the Europe and UK regions within the IT and cybersecurity domains. - Conduct research to identify potential leads, key decision-makers, and verified contact information (especially accurate email addresses). - Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. - Maintain CRM data integrity—ensuring all lead and activity records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. - Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect pain points and align with cybersecurity solutions provided by our European partner. - Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance conversion rates. - Meet and exceed monthly KPIs: 5–7 qualified leads and 100% CRM data sanity compliance. - Submit weekly activity reports highlighting call volumes, lead conversions, and key insights.Qualifications- 0–12 months of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales—preferably in IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-based solutions. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Strong research and data verification abilities to identify accurate contact details. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io). - Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven individual with strong follow-up discipline. - Basic understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise IT landscape is an advantage. - Ability to work independently with ownership and curiosity to learn continuously.
