Budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.Leadership : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex SAP programs. Communication : Clear articulation of project status and technical concepts to stakeholders. Collaboration : Work effectively with business, IT, and vendor teams. Problem-Solving : Resolve impediments and manage risks proactively. Adaptability : Balance Agile principles with SAP project realities. Time Management : Handle multiple workstreams and meet deadlinesGood to have: Project Management certification15 years of Full time Education
