ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Media Buying: Develop and implement advanced media buying strategies specifically for the gaming industry, targeting key platforms such as Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Discord, and in-game advertising networks.

2. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead end-to-end campaign management, from initial planning and creative development to real-time optimization, focusing on maximizing ROI and meeting KPIs like CPA, LTV, and ROAS.

3. Budget Allocation & Management: Effectively manage substantial media budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving campaign objectives across multiple channels.

4. Performance Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization. Ensure continuous improvement of campaign strategies based on data-driven decisions.

5. Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of gaming trends, player behaviors, and new technologies to refine media buying approaches. Use this knowledge to identify and leverage new opportunities within the gaming ecosystem.

6. Vendor & Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key media vendors and platform partners, negotiating favorable terms and securing exclusive opportunities that align with campaign goals.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative and product teams to develop compelling, platform-specific ad content that resonates with the gaming audience.

8. Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior media buyers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or media buying is a plus.

2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in media buying, with at least 3 years dedicated to the gaming industry. Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns across multiple gaming platforms.

3. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). Familiarity with gaming-specific advertising tools and platforms is essential.

4. Gaming Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the gaming market, including key platforms, audience segmentation, and emerging trends. Experience in working with game developers, publishers, or related entities is highly desirable.

5. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance.

6. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset with a passion for finding new and effective ways to engage gaming audiences through media buying strategies.
