Role Description

  • This is an Inside Sales - lead generation role that requires a sync with the Sales and Marketing team for Aleixo Technologies.
  • A highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources across Geographies and Lines of Services (LOS) they would be aligned with
  •  Responsible for b2b prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the larger business objective of the business unit.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Aleixo Technologies. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and account management. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and promoting our services to drive business growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience in US market is required
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to manage client accounts
  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Knowledge of HR services and outsourcing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
