Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with strong expertise in IBM DataStage as the primary ETL tool. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows for large-scale data processing, along with solid SQL development skills. Exposure to Talend, or similar ETL tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes primarily using IBM DataStage.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into efficient data integration solutions.
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, performance tuning, and scalability.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data transformation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices in ETL development.
