Role OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to manage a small team and drive requirements for a next-generation low latency, real-time (streaming) market data platform. This role combines leadership with hands-on analysis and close collaboration with global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities• Lead and mentor a team of Streaming Market Data Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables • Define and maintain standards for requirements documentation and analysis • Own the requirements and testing strategy for multiple data sources and client interfaces • Partner with product and technology teams to prioritize features and manage delivery timelines • Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders.Qualifications • 8 years' experience, including 5+ years in real-time market data or financial technology, including market data protocols (e.g. FIX, ITCH, or similar) and data distribution technologies (e.g. multicast SBE distribution, API-based delivery) • Proven leadership experience managing Business Analysts or similar roles • Strong understanding of streaming data concepts and integration practices • Hands-on experience with requirements engineering and agile methodologies • Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), version control tools (e.g., Git), agile project tools (e.g., Jira), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred Skills •Experience in migration or modernization projects •Technical proficiency for data validation and analysis
