Job Description

Position: Tender Engineer (Fresher)

Company: Surya International Enterprises

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience Required: Fresher / 0-1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Preparation:
• Assist in preparing and compiling technical and commercial documents for tender submissions.
• Review and analyze tender specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure complete understanding.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations in collaboration with the technical and finance teams.
• Ensure all bid documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Bid Management and Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, etc.) to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
• Track the progress of ongoing tenders and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients or stakeholders for clarifications and updates on bid requirements.
• Technical and Commercial Proposal Support:
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including project scope, specifications, and methodologies.
• Support in developing pricing strategies and cost breakdowns for projects.
• Contribute to drafting clear and concise bid documents that highlight the company’s strengths.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain and update records of all tender documents and submissions for easy access and future reference.
• Ensure that all tender documentation is organized, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to tender status and project estimations.
• Client and Vendor Interaction:
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing, quotes, and other necessary information.
• Assist in liaising with clients during the tendering process to clarify requirements or resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in bidding .
