The Opportunity: Resident Manager - Drive Occupancy and Revenue in Luxury Co-living

We are seeking driven and results-oriented sales leaders to manage our premium co-living properties in Gurugram. This is a high-impact role for individuals with a proven track record in sales, ideally within fast-paced, ground-operations intensive environments, to directly drive occupancy, maximize revenue, and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Your Focus:

  • Aggressively drive property occupancy and achieve revenue targets through proactive sales strategies and market outreach.
  • Lead on-site teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences that contribute to renewals and referrals.
  • Take full ownership of the property's P&L, optimizing financial performance.
  • Implement efficient on-ground operations to support sales and resident satisfaction.

What You Bring:

  • 1-4 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in organizations with significant ground operations.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Strong business acumen and P&L management understanding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to reside on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel management. Preferably from IHM's.
  • Proven track record in direct sales and lead generation.
  • Experience managing operational aspects to support sales.
