Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Bengaluru. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a student residence, including managing maintenance and repairs, coordinating tenant communications, supervising staff, and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents. Additional tasks include handling tenant inquiries, processing rent payments, conducting property inspections, and maintaining records.
