The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (nice to have). This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.Key Responsibilities :- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations.- Provide technical leadership for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (if applicable).- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support adoption.- Stay updated on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to leverage the platform's full potential.Key Skills and Qualifications :Mandatory :- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.- Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days from office in Bangalore).Good to Have :- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist).Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
