We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming businesses through cutting-edge digital solutions.Responsibilities : Build, train, and manage a high-performing lead generation team. Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (calls, emails, social). Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily/weekly targets. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution. Prepare and present performance dashboards and actionable insights to leadership. Optimize lead qualification processes and improve lead quality. Collaborate with sales leadership to align on targets and conversion goals.Requirements : 3-4. years in sales/lead generation roles, with 1 years minimum in team management Proven experience in outbound lead generation and pipeline creation Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI tracking and reporting Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
