Job Description: Senior Manager Procurement Company:Vikas Medical Devices Reports to:Director Job Summary Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for medical device distribution. Ensure cost-effective purchasing, strict process compliance, and seamless coordination with vendors and internal teams to support operational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee the procurement process from purchase order to payment, ensuring compliance and approvals at each stage. Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and RFQ processes to secure favorable terms. Manage and mentor the procurement team, delegating tasks and tracking performance via daily/weekly reports. Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely GRN processing and discrepancy resolution. Ensure accurate documentation, system updates (SAP/Tally), and portal uploads (GEM/ECCI). Qualifications & Skills 8+ years in procurement/supply chain, preferably in medical devices. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and procurement portals. Strong leadership, negotiation, and process management skills. High integrity and attention to detail. KPIs Procurement cycle time Cost savings Report timeliness Compliance adherence
