As a Bids and Tenders Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our global bid operations—managing tender documentation, maintaining our bid content system, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your organisational skills directly contribute to business growth.What You’ll Be Doing:- Monitoring bid mailboxes and portals for new opportunities. - Tracking and managing tenders using internal systems. - Distributing documentation and updates to stakeholders. - Preparing monthly management reports in PowerPoint. - Maintaining and updating bid templates and trackers. - Managing the bid library: CVs, case studies, standard responses. - Archiving bid materials per internal protocols. - Supporting the development of Q&A libraries (HSE, cybersecurity, etc.). - Collaborating with SMEs to refresh content. - Providing admin support to Business Development and Bid teams.What We’re Looking For:- Experience in administrative roles, ideally in bids or procurement. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with CRM and bid management software (a plus). - Strong time management and deadline-driven mindset. - High attention to detail in formatting and proofreading. - Excellent communication skills—written and verbal. - Team player with initiative and adaptability. - Analytical thinker with a proactive approach. - Self-motivated and eager to learn.Why NES Fircroft ?- Attractive Benefits: Local medical and accident insurance, annual health check-ups, and vacation allowance. - Time Off: 18 annual leave days plus 12 public holidays. - Work-Life Balance: Flexible work options post-probation and early Friday finishes. - Fun Culture: Dress-down Thursdays and Fridays, wellness sessions, and sponsored social events. - Career Growth: Access to training programs and clear paths for advancement.Who We Are:NES Fircroft is more than a staffing agency; we’re a global powerhouse in workforce solutions.
