What You’ll Do
This is a highly technical role intended to help our customers with a myriad of their adoption challenges as a specialist within the Cisco Security architecture, starting with Email Security and expanding to include other security products such as Secure Endpoint, SecureX, ISE, Umbrella, Next Gen-Firewall, SNA, XDR concepts, etc. The role will include the following scope:
- Deliver Health Check sessions, review customer installations and configurations, share best practices, introduce new features, and help customers get the most out of their investment.
- Conduct Accelerator sessions (one-to-one), webinars, and Ask-the-Expert sessions (one-to-many) for a diverse set of customers, tailoring deliverables to produce quantifiable business outcomes with scope and on-time engagement.
- Drive adoption and expansion of Cisco products by highlighting feature opportunities, winning use cases, and relevant strategies to customers and the Success team.
- Leverage domain specialization and expertise to expertly identify and proactively manage risk areas and customer expectations that could impact successful delivery.
- Inspire customers to make tactical and strategic deployment decisions and track long-term business outcomes.
- Automate Health Check use cases with Python.
- Accelerate lifecycle stage movement to drive renewals.
