- Curate a portfolio of elite partners across luxury lifestyle, fine travel, hospitality, wellness, banking, fintech, and high-end global brands.- Negotiate premium-tier benefits, exclusive privileges, and bespoke experiences tailored for global investors.- Design elegant rewards structures and tiered benefits that feel aspirational, intuitive, and brand-aligned.- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and CX to ensure benefits are seamlessly woven into the user journey.- Build and nurture deep strategic partnerships founded on trust, alignment, and impeccable execution.- Develop co-branded campaigns and experience-led activations with premium partner brands.- Track performance, adoption, and customer delight using data-driven metrics and global benchmarks.What You Bring- 4-8 years of experience in partnerships, loyalty strategy, premium brand alliances, or business development.- A strong network across luxury, travel, hospitality, lifestyle, fintech, wealth, or premium service brands.- A refined aesthetic sense and a high-craft approach to customer experience design.- Ability to negotiate with confidence, clarity, and long-term relationship vision.- Experience creating offers or programs for high-value customer segments (HNIs, NRIs, global Experience working with elite brands or premium loyalty ecosystems. - Exposure to fintech, global investing, or high-trust financial products.- Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (ref:iimjobs.com)
