Key Responsibilities:
1. Outreach and Relationship Building:

- Identify and reach out to colleges to seek partnership permissions on call and

offline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators and faculty

for future program.

2. Program Coordination:

- Plan and schedule various programs in college premises. Convince the

faculty for an ongoing relationship.
- Collaborate with speakers, organisers and trainers to ensure quality content

delivery.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

- Develop promotional materials and strategies to encourage student

participation in the various programs or recruitment drives.
- Utilize social media and college networks to spread awareness of upcoming

seminars.

4. Feedback and Reporting:

- Gather feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of seminars.
- Prepare reports on seminar attendance and outcomes for continuous

improvement.

5. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure all necessary permissions and documentation are secured prior to

events.
- Maintain records of interactions and agreements with colleges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
