At Kustard, sales isn't just a function – it's an art, a science, and a journey of continuous growth.Role Description We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented Internal Sales Executive to manage franchise leads in F&B, retail, and other business sectors.Key Responsibilities:Handle and convert franchise leads across multiple sectors.Manage end-to-end sales discussions and maintain strong client relationships.Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth closures.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in internal sales or telesales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is and advantage).Ability to handle high-value ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 lakhs to ₹5 crores.Strong target-driven and closing mindset.Compensation:Attractive incentives on every closure, based on performance.Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding business network.
