Job Description:
(Salesforce - End to end program Delivery, Solution Designing, Architecture, Implementation & Integrations exp. is must)
Candidate will be part of a fast-paced technology team supporting Salesforce deliverables for Healthcare products and services
- National Head/National Manager - 12-16 Years of experience (End to end program Delivery, Implementation & Integrations exp. is must)
- Rich experience in Salesforce CRM and Force.com Platform as a Functional Consultant, Solutions Architect, Salesforce Business Analyst, COE Lead and SME - Service Cloud, Tech Lead, and also as a Presales Consultant (on an ad-hoc basis), across multiple Salesforce engagements, that also include major Digital Transformation Programs with Quote to Cash and other key functionalities.
- Orchestrated CRM project implementations in Salesforce.com as a Functional Consultant Solutions Architect/Designer or Functional Lead
- Involved in creating and presenting strategic consulting and deliverables – including Proof of Concept (POCs) for clients, which also encapsulates analysis, recommendations, architecture strategy and implementation of salesforce.com and CPQ functionality (if applicable).
- Analyzed business requirements and defined solutions to address complex customer business needs.
- Functioned as a solution designer/architect to transform and document business requirements into high-level and low-level designs, which can also comprise working with different participating system stakeholders for Integration related scenarios. Consequent responsibility to relay the information, and also support the assigned development team(s) as and when required.
- Attending, driving and conducting workshops with the stakeholders – Business, Operations, cross-functional Teams. Adopting the increasingly spreading ideology – “IT drives Business“.
- Key concepts leveraged – Vlocity OM, CPQ, and Digital commerce & V2 APIs (along with Custom APIs) for seamless integration with third party portal and ESB layer.
- Understanding of Healthcare projects will be preferred
