As we expand customer deployments, we're seeking an experienced lead dev engineer with significant coding experience to deliver core banking services to customers and colleagues. Specifically, we are searching for someone who enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences for every interaction. Essential capabilities Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and declarative programming Experience with Sales cloud and financial service cloud Experience making any architectural trade-offs required to provide software solutions and achieve results Review code, guide developers, help write code and mentor other team members Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, DevOps automation tools Knowledge of AWS (Lambda) Hand-on experience on Salesforce work experience with development, configuration and administration using APEX class/coding, Custom coding, JavaScript, Trigger, Visual Force, CS, HTML, SFDX, Salesforce API. Experience 7+ years of salesforce development experience Strong hands-on experience in salesforce developing, debugging and maintaining code in large corporate environment. Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight Ability to interpret systems / business requirements. Extensive experience in Force.com platform using Apex, Lightning and LWC Sold implementation experience using Sales/Service cloud. Solid experience in web services, Rest API and integration patterns between Force.com and ERP systems Ability to define Data migration strategies considering data volume, external environment and migration approach. Experience in managing multiple deliverables projects using Agile Methodology. Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role Strong problem-solving skills Self-driven and passion for technology Technical thought leadership Ability to work cross-functionality, in a fast-paced work environment. Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms. Able to work with non-collocated team members High attention to detail is essential.
