Job title: Solution Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development: Write Apex classes for integrations, Apex Test Classes, Lightning Web Components, and development documentation.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and manage change orders as needed.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate technical concepts to both non-technical and technical stakeholders, including PMs and developers.
  • Solution Design: Translate client business requirements into technical designs, ensuring high data quality and seamless user experience.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical tasks, guide project design, and integration efforts, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Salesforce Administration: Configure Salesforce environments, manage fields, permissions, users, and advise on administrative best practices.
  • Development Growth: Enhance Salesforce skills, contribute to the team's technical capabilities, and support high-quality solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers and administrators, providing regular status updates and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Generate Value: Support project teams in delivering high-quality solutions while maintaining strong billable utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud. Experience in design/build roles preferred over maintenance.
  • Development Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development practices, including Flows, Lightning Record Page configuration, Custom Objects, and Report Types.
  • Client-Facing Role: Proven experience managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Required - Salesforce Certified Administrator; Preferred - Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1, and other relevant certifications.
