Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of product presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage sales pipelines, track team activities, and analyze performance to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, ensuring a balance between securing deals and maintaining profitability for the company.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to develop strategies and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to the sales team, fostering professional development and improving sales skills.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to adapt strategies and improve team performance.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization to ensure the success of sales initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies, adjusting based on feedback, market conditions, and company goals.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and continued customer satisfaction.
Education and Requirements:
- Any Graduation or Post-graduation degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry sales experience.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
