As we continue to grow, we are looking for highly motivated professionals who are eager to contribute to our expansion by generating new business opportunities and forging strong client relationships.Position SummaryWe are seeking a results-oriented and ambitious Business Development Executive with a strong focus on outbound sales to join our business growth team. This role is critical to expanding ElevateDigi’s client base and revenue through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing services, possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to drive lead generation and client acquisition independently.Key Responsibilities• Identify and research potential business opportunities through targeted prospecting across industries and geographies• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, , and other direct channels to initiate contact with decision-makers• Present ElevateDigi’s digital marketing solutions in a compelling manner, tailored to the prospective client’s business objectives and pain points• Qualify leads, schedule and conduct discovery meetings, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure• Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups• Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transition from sales to execution• Provide regular reporting on lead generation, pipeline status, and sales performance to the leadership team• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and virtual meetings to represent ElevateDigi and generate brand visibility when requiredCandidate ProfileMinimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related service industry• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs• Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and branding solutions• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Adept at cold outreach and comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and productivity toolsPreferred Qualifications:• Prior experience in selling marketing or SaaS services to SMEs or mid-sized businesses• Exposure to managing high-ticket or consultative sales cycles• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lemlist• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term client relationshipsWhat ElevateDigi Offers• Competitive fixed salary with attractive performance-based incentives• Dynamic and meritocratic work environment with rapid career growth opportunities• Exposure to a wide range of industries and digital campaigns• A collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture• Ongoing learning opportunities through internal knowledge-sharing and external trainingApplication ProcessInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume along with a brief cover letter outlining their relevant experience and motivation for applying to career@theelevatedigi.com.Please use the subject line: “Application – Business Development Executive (Outbound) – [Your Full Name]”
