As a Hotel Intern, you’ll gain practical experience by assisting with various hotel operations—including front office/reception, guest service, housekeeping coordination, and basic administration.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and reception duties - Support reservations and booking management - Help coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams - Participate in daily lobby and common area upkeep - Answer basic inquiries and help resolve guest issues - Shadow senior staff to learn hotel operations and service delivery - Support administrative work as requiredWork Schedule:- Part-time: Flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends as per business needs - Schedule can be adapted to fit your academic commitmentsStipend:- Unpaid internship - Incentives or performance-based rewards may be provided depending on contribution and dedicationLocation: Indore, Madhya PradeshQualifications:- No prior experience required - Interest in hospitality and customer service - Good communication skills in English and Hindi - Professional appearance and willingness to learn - Ability to work on-site and commit to internship schedule - Candidates from Indore or nearby areas preferredInternship Benefits:- Hands-on training in multiple aspects of hotel operations - Certificate of internship/experience upon completion - Opportunity to earn incentives based on contribution - Friendly, professional work environment
