The client is a leading international network and India's pre-eminent consulting firm. Offering a range of solutions in assurance, tax, technology, managed services, deals, ESG and risk consulting to mid-market companies, government, large corporates, and digital natives.Seeking for the role of Financial Services - Technology and Banking Manager primarily to lead the implementation of the core banking technology and implementation in digital technologies.You'll have knowledge and experience in the following areas:1)An experienced Technology professional, with technology experience at least in one or more services - Core Banking / Lending / Customer Relationship Management / Trade Finance 2)A proven track record of delivering business value from Technology3)A track record of delivery within a number of large-scale technology transformation programmes in retail / corporate banking, taking ownership of delivery across internal teams and external client teams4)Have experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, operating across organisational and technology silos to drive common approaches, delivering sustainable, agile and re-usable solutions5)Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from Senior Management6)Hands on experience in coding/programming, designing and implementation technology / digital solutions across the customer lifecycle in financial services7)Have done engagements in defining IT Strategy and Roadmaps, Legacy(Core Applications) Transformation, Enterprise Architecture 8)Experience with or knowledge of APIs, AI/ML, cloud computing, mobility & automation.9)Actively support business development efforts including proposal preparationInfluence thought leadership in the industry and align it to provide a competitive advantage for the firm's proposition.Client responsibilities:1)Lead end-to-end consulting engagements in the areas of core solutions, digital and technology strategy for Financial Institutions and manage client relations2)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technology transformation3)Create and manage good independent relationships with clientsUnderstand all our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients.Skills and attributes for success:1)Education: MBA preferred with a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Applications or any other technology oriented studies2)Strong expertise in financial services, digital technologies & business / technology strategy in banking domain along with experience in IT solution implementations3)Willingness to travel for an extended period is must4)Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.5)Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative 6)Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)7)Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility, Should be open for Travelling.
