Job Description :

We are seeking skilled Tier 2 Engineers for the MS Morpheus support team to provide high-quality services for global HPE customers. The ideal candidates will have strong administration, operation, and management skills in Morpheus, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to diverse cultures and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Support : Resolve customer issues via telephone, email, or remote sessions.

- Issue Escalation : Identify and escalate issues to vendors in a timely manner following process guidelines.

- Technical Expertise : Utilize internal technical resources, including peers, mentors, and knowledge bases, to provide effective solutions.

- Collaboration : Work with other technology teams to diagnose and isolate complex issues.

- Documentation : Maintain high-quality case documentation and adhere to SLA timeframes and operational metrics.

- Problem Management : Handle problem management, post-incident reviews, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Technical Skills :

- Morpheus Infrastructure : Install, maintain, and configure Morpheus infrastructure.

- Identity and Access : Experience in Morpheus identity and access management.

- Provisioning Concepts : Familiarity with Morpheus provisioning concepts.

- Multi-Tenant Models : Experience with Morpheus multi-tenant models.

- Self-Service : Knowledge of Morpheus self-service functionalities.

- App Monitors & Blueprints : Good understanding of Morpheus apps, IaC type blueprints, and app monitors.

- Plans and Costing : Knowledge of Morpheus plans, prices, and costing.

Eligibility & Qualification :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or Equivalent).

- Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an enterprise managed service environment.

- Certification : Morpheus Certified Administrator certification is advantageous.

- Work Flexibility : Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 support environment.

- Internal Applicants : Minimum level should be INT if applying as part of Internal Job Posting.

Non-Technical Skills :

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Customer Satisfaction : Commitment to delivering high-quality product and solution support.

- Ownership : Take ownership of tasks, work with high productivity and efficiency, and support team members.

Additional Information :

- Work Environment : This is a work-from-office role.

- Notice Period : Should not be more than 30 days.

- Location Preference : Candidates should be from Bengaluru or the surrounding area.

- Final Round : In-person interview required.
