Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the stone industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
