You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our enterprise platform, focusing on both front-end web interfaces and cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.OpenROLES --Interns / Trainees:Candidates with1–3 years of relevant experience , including hands-on project or internship work in software or web development. Stipend: 10-15 K per month + performance bonus--Experienced Professionals:Individuals with3–6 years of proven expertisein building and managingenterprise-level applicationsacross diverse technologies. Salary: 20-35 K per month + performance bonusNOTE:Both roles willlikely start with 4 Months Projectwith strong possibility ofextension to Full time position.WHAT You’ll DO? Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performanceenterprise-level applicationsforboth web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices in state management, component architecture, and security. Integrate front-end applications with back-end services usingRESTful APIsand other appropriate technologies. Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across various devices and browsers. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.WHAT You’ll BRING? Core Development Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript:Deep knowledge of modern language features, object-oriented programming, and functional programming concepts. Front-End Frameworks (Web):Strong production experience withREACT(Hooks, Context API, Zod or similar). Styling and UI/UX:Proficiency inCSSpre-processors or methodologies (e.g., SASS, Styled Components, or Tailwind CSS) and direct experience with modern component libraries likeShadCN / UIor similar enterprise-grade systems (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design). Mobile Development:Proven experience with at least one major cross-platform framework:Flutter(Dart) orREACT Native . API Integration:Extensive experience consuming and integratingREST API Calls . Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and security best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT). Architecture & Tools Next.js (Desired not must):Experience with theNext.jsframework, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes, for building scalable web applications. Version Control:Strong proficiency withGitand common branching strategies. Build Tools:Experience with modern build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite). Good to Have / Bonus Skills Testing:Experience with unit testing (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library) and end-to-end testing (Cypress, Playwright). Back-End Knowledge:Familiarity with a back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Go, or Java/Spring) and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Cloud & DevOps:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies ( Docker ). Performance Optimization:Proven ability to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks on both web and mobile platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 1-6 yearsof professional experience in modern software development, specifically focused on enterprise applications.
