As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads through effective online strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online platforms such as **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, **LinkedIn Ads**, and **SEO**.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like **Google Ads**, **Facebook**, and **Instagram** to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze and track the performance of digital campaigns through tools like **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, and social media analytics tools.
- Improve website visibility by optimizing content for SEO and utilizing the best SEO practices.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategies.
- Manage and improve the company’s online presence and reputation across digital channels.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging ads, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated with new digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Prepare regular performance reports, analyze results, and suggest improvements to optimize future campaigns.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- **2+ years of experience** in **digital marketing**, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of **Google Analytics** and other analytics tools to track campaign performance.
