- Drive sales for SPM and robotics solutions across industries

- Identify leads, pitch solutions, and close deals

- Understand technical requirements and provide customized proposals

- Build and manage client relationships

- Lead and mentor sales teams (Sales Head role)

- Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets

- Collaborate with engineering and project teams

- Maintain CRM and provide sales in Mechanical/Ele.
