Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in front-end development.

The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to lead cross functional teams.

You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex front-end projects, managing timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of front-end development projects, from initial concept through delivery and maintenance.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to front-end development teams.

Work closely with developers to ensure that design and development standards are met.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product management, UX/UI design, backend development, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.

- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and non- technical stakeholders.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process for front-end development, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the development process and work with relevant teams to mitigate them.

- Ensure that projects remain on track and within budget.

- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

- Ensure that all parties are informed and aligned on project goals and timelines.

- Agile Methodologies: Implement and advocate for agile methodologies within the development process, ensuring that teams are working efficiently and adapting to changes in project scope or priorities.

- Performance Optimization: Work with front-end developers to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of the codebase.

- Ensure that the user experience is seamless across all supported devices and platforms.

- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking and forecasting costs.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Qualifications :

- Technical Expertise: Strong background in front-end development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g, React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing complex front-end development projects.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers is a plus.

- Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g, Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).

- PMP or similar certification is a plus.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality products.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of back-end technologies and how they integrate with front-end systems.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure) and their impact on front-end development
