Role : Technical program Management Associate

Location : Gurugram

Job Description :

As a Technical Program Management - Associate , you play a critical role within the Technology group. Working closely with a team of Technical Program Managers, your responsibilities include project management, managing and coordinating stakeholder relationships, product ownership, and managing external software contractor relationships. In this position, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of challenges and exciting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

- Willing to take ownership of entire projects and previous leadership experience.

- Ability to identify and proactively engage with stakeholders depending on the context.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on business and technical needs.

- Ability to thrive in environments with a lack of formal structure and a high degree of ambiguity.

- Comfortable in a team with a high degree of autonomy.

- Eagerness to receive and give both constructive and positive feedback.

- Checks in regularly with architecture team.

- Reviews TPM team's documentation.

- Join TPM standup - provides overall project background & updates.

Qualifications :

- 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.

- Knowledge or experience of Agile ways of working & Lean Six Sigma is an added advantage.

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline.

- Office 365 skills, particularly MS Project, Teams & SharePoint.

- Third party supplier management experience
