The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing high-impact strategic programs that align with the company's long-term goals. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are executed effectively, and delivering measurable business value. The Program Manager will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives from conception to completion.


Job Responsibilities


1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic program plans that align with the company’s vision and objectives.

- Define program goals, success criteria, key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliverables.

- Ensure alignment of program objectives with overall business strategy.

2. Program Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the strategic program.

- Coordinate with project managers and team leads to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.

- Facilitate regular communication and status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support program objectives.

4. Risk and Issue Management:

- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact program success and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and track program risks and issues, escalating them to senior management as needed.

- Implement corrective actions to address deviations from the program plan.

5. Performance Measurement and Reporting:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive program dashboards and reports to track progress against KPIs.

- Conduct regular program reviews and assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Present program performance and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

6. Change Management:

- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of program initiatives.

- Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies.

- Address resistance to change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

7. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor program team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Ensure team members have the necessary resources and skills to execute their roles effectively.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 17+ years project management experience
  • Extensive experience in Media/Digital domain is mandatory
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong Client Management and Relationship
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Strategic Manager, or in a similar role with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in program management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
