About the Role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team at RVS iGlobal. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge technical expertise with project coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of IT projects for global clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, allocate resources, and drive execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure and software projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to gather requirements and align expectations.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure stakeholder communication at every stage.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and escalate when required.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, ISO standards, and internal quality frameworks.
  • Support transitions from project delivery to operational support teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or engineering.
  • Knowledge of IT systems (servers, cloud, networks, or applications).
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile/Scrum (preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
