The IT Senior Azure Architect is a key role that has overall accountability for building and leading a world class cloud design and infrastructure strategy, which is a key pre-requisite of our Digital Transformation. The architect is a subject matter expert in both best practices and emerging technologies in this space, including: Azure and cloud design, Azure AD, Azure ARC, and W365. This role will work in close partnership with other Digital/Cybersecurity team members and key stakeholders to deliver reliable cloud solutions.You will be part of a motivated, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment, solving a diverse set of Infrastructure problems. Our employees are encouraged and empowered to make their own decisions, giving you the opportunity to be creative, learn new skills and grow.• Design and document detailed Azure solutions including network topology, compute infrastructure, storage options, security controls, and application deployment strategies. • Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and documentation. • Evaluate and recommend appropriate Azure services based on business needs, considering cost optimization and performance requirements. • Review and approve technical designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of Azure solutions. • Work with Digital and business teams for designing, building & operationalizing components that will grow in capability while being multi-tenant, global, scalable & highly available. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their suitability for the nVent’s infrastructure needs. • Provide technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex infrastructure issues and outages.YOU HAVE: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on Azure. • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, Azure ARC, and Azure Security. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible. • Proficiency in scripting languages, especially Powershell • Ability to communicate with clarity and simplicity on technical and non-technical matters spanning from strategy through to execution • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities for self and team • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to lead & influence cross functional and multinational teams Preferred Skills: • Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments. • Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and other Microsoft CoPilot applications • Understanding of W365 and other VDI platformsInterested candidates, pls share the resume on rakhi.ankush@talentcorner.in
