We're Hiring | Data Architect / Senior Data Architect (Azure + Databricks)Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | HyderabadExperience: 9–16 Years | Hybrid Work ModelRole OverviewAs a Data Architect / Senior Data Architect, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge data platforms leveraging Azure, Databricks, and GenAI technologies.You'll partner with cross-functional teams—data scientists, developers, and business leaders—to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative data solutions end-to-end.Key Responsibilities- Architect and implement data platforms using Azure and the Databricks ecosystem. - Lead end-to-end Data Lakehouse projects, including Medallion Architecture implementation. - Drive hands-on development using PySpark, SQL, and DevOps (CI/CD) best practices. - Build and optimize metadata-driven frameworks and data models (Dimensional & 3NF). - Collaborate across teams to design AI/GenAI-powered data solutions. - Mentor and guide data engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence. - Contribute to organization-wide initiatives in capability building, architecture governance, and solution innovation.Must-Have SkillsAzure Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables, Workflows)PySpark & SQL – advanced data transformation and performance tuningAzure Services – ADF, ADLS Gen2, Event Hub, Stream AnalyticsDevOps / CI-CD Pipelines – Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOpsData Modeling – Dimensional & 3NFGen AI / LLM-based application development
