Strategic Operations Partner – Founder’s Office (Chennai | Hybrid)Are you ready to be theright hand to a visionary founderin a fast-growing global SaaS company? We’re looking for aStrategic Operations Partnerwho thrives in ambiguity, loves solving high-impact problems, and wants toco-create the way a company scales .This isnot a support role . You’ll be driving structure, clarity, and operational excellence across the business, buildingprocesses, dashboards, and frameworks from scratch . You’ll tackle cross-functional projects, streamline workflows, measure ROI, and ensure the founder’s vision is executed across teams.What You’ll Do: Design and implementSOPs, policies, playbooks, and dashboardsthat don’t exist yet. Leadhigh-impact projectsend-to-end — from ideation to adoption. Usedata to drive decisions , track KPIs, and surface opportunities for improvement. Bringclarity and stabilityto complex situations, from client escalations to operational bottlenecks. Drive adoption of new frameworks and processes across teams.What You Bring: 2–5 years experience instrategy, operations, or program managementat a fast-growing startup or scale-up. Proven ability tocreate frameworks, dashboards, or policies from scratch . Strongproblem-solving and project management skills , with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. Comfort withdata, KPIs, and measuring impact . Excellent communication skills and a strong sense ofownership and bias for action . Familiarity with tools likeNotion, HubSpot, ChargeBee , or similar.Nice-to-Haves: Experience ininternal audits, SOP creation, CX operations , or cross-functional stakeholder management.Why This Role Matters: You’ll be part of theFounder’s Office , shaping the way the company grows.
