Oversee workflows and processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cross- functional communication. Drive sales and marketing initiatives, developing data-driven strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility. Provide strategic insights, manage key projects, and coordinate high-profile initiatives with an emphasis on business growth. Advise founders on strategic and operational matters, support team skill development, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Qualifications ●Experience:Minimum 2- 4 years in a founder’s office, business analyst, project management, or analytics role in a high-growth environment, preferably within SaaS or consumer start-up. ●Business Acumen:Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability to synthesize complex goals into actionable plans. ●Analytical Skills:Skilled in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven recommendations. ●Communication:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ●Organizational Skills:Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high level of organization. ●Industry Knowledge:Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred but not required. ●Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
