Role Description

Location: Field Work from anywhere in India (Work in your own city)

Job Type: 6 months contract (Performance-based extension to permanent role)

Salary: Target-based (Commission + Incentives)

Start Date: November 2025

We are hiring Sales Executives to represent Trinix Academy in their own city.

Hybrid (Field + Remote)

Field work in your own city + remote calling/WhatsApp follow-ups.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, managing sales pipelines, presenting our services to potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relationships, attending sales meetings, and providing feedback to improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Comfortable with field work in your own city
  • Can start the work from the first week of November
  • Should have a laptop.
