About the Job :
As a Property & Casualty Insurance Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and processes to design and implement software solutions for P&C insurance companies. You will collaborate with stakeholders including insurance agents, underwriters, claims adjusters, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.

Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and processes to design and implement software solutions for P&C insurance companies. Collaborate with stakeholders including insurance agents, underwriters, claims adjusters, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements. Design technical solutions that meet business requirements, are scalable, reliable, and secure. Develop and maintain technical specifications, requirements, and design documents. Demonstrate strong analytical and product/ project management skill, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding. Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other activities to gather requirements and communicate solutions. Conduct training and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation and adoption of software solutions. Provide subject matter expertise to support the development of P&C insurance products and processes. Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to optimize business and IT processes. Help developers with technical solutions to meet business criteria. Document critical scenarios to be validated and hand over to QA team. Review test artifacts – test plan, test matrix, test scenarios, test cases and test results. Coordinate with different IT teams to help resolving any major roadblocks, issues to make sure all the deliverables are completed on time. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in P&C insurance and technology.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with 4-5 years of P&C Domain experience. Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, processes, and systems. Experience of interacting with Business stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into functional requirements that can be used by Development and Testing Teams. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. Experience with business process mapping and analysis. Experience of Testing (User Acceptance Testing) is needed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.-
