Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Head for Cash Management Services (RCM - Direct to Retail) to lead our sales efforts in Delhi and South India (Bangalore/Chennai). The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building and maintaining strong client relationships with BFSI and organized retailers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in cash management services, and a deep understanding of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with BFSI and organized retailers to promote CMS's cash management solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position CMS's offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales, with significant experience in cash management services.
  • Strong network within the BFSI sector and organized retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Good to Have:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a regional or national sales role.
  • Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Delhi and South India.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
