About the Role:


As an SEO Specialist at ShramIN Jobs, you will play a critical role in spearheading and executing our digital visibility strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO plans to drive organic traffic and improve our website's ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs). This will attract qualified candidates and employers, ultimately contributing to the continued success of ShramIN Jobs.


Responsibilities:


● 3-5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the recruitment or job board industry.

● Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for ShramIN Jobs website and content optimization.

● Analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms like Google Search Console and Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement.

● Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, and headings, for search engines and user engagement.

● Build high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites to improve website authority and domain ranking.

● Develop and implement comprehensive link-building strategies, including outreach, guest blogging, and social media promotion.

● Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO algorithms and best practices.

● Create and submit regular SEO reports to track progress, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and inform future strategies.

● Collaborate with other departments, such as content marketing and web development, to ensure consistent SEO implementation across the platform.


Qualifications:


● Strong understanding of SEO concepts and best practices, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.

● Proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and improving website rankings within the 3-5 year experience range.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication and written skills with a focus on presenting data and insights.

● Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).

● Passion for the recruitment industry and understanding of the online job search landscape. Additional Advantage:

● Experience with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising platforms and campaigns is a definite bonus. While not mandatory, the ability to understand and potentially contribute to PPC efforts would be highly valued. Benefits:
